STANDARD SERVICE - £47*

A basic service to ensure usability and safety of the bike. Good for all bikes to keep things running smoothly. Includes the following:

• General check over of the bike including frame condition and alignment.
• Wheels are trued, hub bearings are checked for play and adjusted/replaced if needed.
• Headset and bottom bracket are checked for play and adjusted/replaced if applicable.
• Gears are indexed, derailleur hanger alignment checked, cabling and parts replaced as needed.
• Brakes are checked and aligned, cabling and pads are replaced as needed.
• Bolts are re-torqued to the appropriate settings.
• Tyres are inflated to the recommended pressure, the bike is wiped down and the drivetrain lubricated.

BOSCH E-BIKE SERVICE - £68*

We are a certified Bosch E-bike workshop. The bike will be plugged into the Bosch Diagnostics software, checked for errors, and updated to the latest software as required. The diagnostics report will then be handed over for the customer to view along with the general service checklist. The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

DEGREASE SERVICE - £75*

A partial strip down of a bike with the degreasing of parts. Good for bikes used regularly in wet conditions or bikes that need a thorough clean. Includes the following:

• The drivetrain is removed and thoroughly degreased in a stand-alone dedicated parts washer.
• Parts are lubricated as needed and refitted.
• The bottom bracket is removed and the frame threads are cleaned and greased.
• The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

FULL STRIP DOWN AND REBUILD - £100*

This service is a full strip down of a bike to the bare frame. Good for restoring your bike to its former glory. It includes the following:

• Bike stripped down, frame and fork cleaned and checked.
• Headset and bottom bracket removed, condition checked, then greased and refitted or replaced if necessary.
• Drivechain and brakes are degreased and serviced.
• The bike is then serviced as per a general service.

BUILDING A NEW BOXED BIKE / PDI - £47

The assembly of a new bike with a light basic service.

• Components such as handlebars and stem fitted.
• Gears and brakes tuned and adjusted as necessary.
• Wheels installed and tightened.
• Nuts and bolts torqued, chain lubricated if needed, tyres inflated.
• +£10 premium for bikes arriving in the box.

HEADSET SERVICE - £26

Removed, cleaned, inspected, greased and adjusted. Headtube and steerer checked. Replaced if necessary.*

BOTTOM BRACKET SERVICE - £26

Checked for wear and replaced if necessary* or removed and cleaned, reinserted with correct torque.

HUB SERVICE - £26

Cup and cone hubs dismantled, cleaned, reassembled with grease. Cartridge hubs have bearings extracted/replaced.*

BRAKE SERVICE - £26

Both brakes aligned, pads checked/replaced*, cabling lubricated or replaced*.

HYDRAULIC BRAKE BLEED - £26 (per brake)

Pads removed/replaced*, fluid bled, rotors cleaned and degreased.

GEAR SERVICE - £26

Gears tuned and indexed. Limit screws set. Hanger alignment checked. Cables replaced as needed*.

WHEEL TRUING - £16

Truing to within 2mm and proper spoke tensioning.

WHEEL TRUING + SPOKE REPLACEMENT - £16 + £5/spoke*

New spokes fitted, tensioned and trued. (Spokes not included)

WHEEL BUILD - £52*

Custom hand-built wheels. Road, mountain, gravel, touring & more. Contact us for details.

PUNCTURE REPAIR - £16

New tube fitted and pumped to correct pressure. Tube included.

HANDLEBAR TAPE - £26*

Old tape removed, bars wrapped with new tape (not included), bar plugs fitted.

TUBELESS TYRE CONVERSION - £32/tyre*

Rim sealed, valve installed, sealant added and inflated to correct pressure.

SEALANT REPLACEMENT - £16*

Old sealant removed, tyre cleaned, new sealant added.

SUSPENSION SERVICING - from £115

Fork and shock servicing via UK suspension specialists. Includes seals, oils, bushings, and tuning. Contact us for full pricing and turnaround.

BOSCH E-BIKE UPDATE/DIAGNOSTICS - £26*

Diagnostics software check, error log, software update, and printed report for Bosch e-bikes.
