Repairs & Servicing

No Appointment Required

Just give us a call or message to let us know you're coming, then simply bring your bike into the workshop and we'll assess it with you when you arrive.

Whether you need a full service, a puncture repair, a brake bleed, new tyres fitted, or just some advice, we're always happy to help. We service both non-electric and electric bikes.

Most jobs are completed within 1–7 days depending on workshop capacity and parts availability.

A Simpler Approach to Bike Servicing

We've moved away from bronze, silver, gold and multiple service tiers.

Why?

Because every bike is different.

Some bikes need very little work, while others require more extensive repairs. Rather than fitting every bike into a pre-defined service package, we assess each bike individually and recommend only the work that's actually needed.

Our standard service and inspection provides a thorough check of your bike's condition and performance. If we identify any additional work or worn parts, we'll explain our recommendations and discuss the options with you before carrying out any further repairs.

No unnecessary work. No confusing service packages. Just honest advice and professional bike maintenance.

Standard Service & Inspection – £55

Our standard service is suitable for most bikes and is recommended for bikes requiring routine maintenance, performance adjustments, or a general health check.

Includes:

  • Full safety inspection
  • Frame and fork check
  • Wheel inspection and truing where required
  • Hub bearing inspection and adjustment
  • Headset inspection and adjustment
  • Bottom bracket inspection
  • Gear indexing and adjustment
  • Brake adjustment and alignment
  • Bolt torque check
  • Tyre pressure check
  • Drivetrain lubrication
  • Bike wipe down

Following the service, you'll receive a report detailing any further work that may be recommended.

We'll always discuss any additional work with you before proceeding.
